My wife & I recently went on a trip to Vietnam organised by your company.
We went to Ho Chi Minh City,and were picked up by one of your guides and taken to our Hotel, the Renaissence,the vehicle was clean and the driver excellent, when we arrived at the hotel there was no wait, our room was superior. what a good start, from then on everything was organised by your company so smoothly.
We never had to wait for our driver, ever.On to Nha Trang, here again, it was effortless for us no problems, we then went on to Vin Pearl Resort,all the paper work for our stay was flawless.We had a wonderfull stay there.
The return journey to Ho Chi Minh City was the same as our arrival, so easy.
On our arrival we went on an afternoon tour of the City and we had such a wonderful guide there, her name was Tran, she spoke excellent English and told us a lot of the history of Vietnam,she was very informative, had a good sense of humour,and gave us an insight to Vietnam.
All in all, due mainly to your Companies attention to detail had a most enjoyable time, and wont hesitate to recomend your excellent company to our friends.

I am pleased to say that the trip to the Tunnels went reaally well. Alan Hoang is an excellent guide and took good care of me. He was very helpful and considerate and went out of his way to help me purchase a ticket at the railway station on the way back from the tunnels. The driver was also a very careful person and he took me to that Spa, the details of which were in the folder you left for me. I will be putting the spa in the guide as well. Dear Pham Ha,
Having had time to collect our thoughts we would like thank you personally for making our three weeks in Viet Nam an unforgetable experience.
Firstly we would like to commend highly our two guides, Jacky Lee (Hanoi) and "Tony" (Saigon) who did not just show us around but gave us an insightful view of the hisrtory and life in Vietnam. We would also like to commend Jennifer Pham for a lovely tour down on the Mekong River.
All the hotels that we used were of the highest possible standard and the only complaint we could have about them was that we were so full of food that we could not enjoy all he wonderful food they had to offer. Things that stand our especialy in our minds were arriving at Ha Long Bay and finding that we had our own personal junk with five people to look after us who were all wonderful, having a lovely banquet on Christmas Eve at the Victoria Hotel in Sa Pa, complete with entertainment by the local tribes people,and the cruise and dinner on the Saigon River on New Year's Eve which was again totally unexpected and complete with wonderful entertainment.
Most of all however we would like to mention the wonderful kind, friendly and thoughtful people of Vietnam who seemed always at hand to help us. An example of this is that on our last day, despite the fact that our tour with you had finished and that he had other clients to help, Tony came back to see that everythng was alright for us at our hotel before our transfer to the airport.
We would like to thank you personally for your intervention when we were in Saigon to alter the date of our last night with you at the New World Hotel. You can be sure that we will recommend you and your company to anybody travelling to Vietnam If you would like to use any of the above in your materiial feel free to do so.

Vietnam is as beautiful as we remembered it from our trip in 2005 and the people are, as always, very accommodating and friendly.
Our trip to Halong bay was as good as our friends assured us it would be and the staff on the Emotion Junk were fabulous. We also found the Hoi An riverside resort was fantastic. It was so relaxing to sit back for the 6 nights we were there and relax. Something that we desperately needed to do.

I used Luxury Travel Vietnam for a fabulous trip to Vietnam & Cambodia in April. They were top-notch! We have all traveled extensively and are familiar with some of the best "luxury" travel companies worldwide and we got the same kind of "luxury" package any of them would have offered at a far better price with Luxury Travel Vietnam. I found them on internet too and was a bit concerned, but they were so prompt in getting me anything I needed via email, that I booked the trip and I'm so glad I did. They are an excellent company, were on top of everything at all times.
Only hitch in our 15 day trip was a flight that was cancelled by Vietnam Air....and even that didn't phase them. They immediately had us re-routed and re-booked and when that resulted in an unexpected layover in Ho Chi Minh City...they arranged to have a guide meet us at airport and do an impromptu city tour instead of having to sit at airport for 3 hours. Definitely use them...you won't be sorry!
Per previous poster about why travel in 'luxury'...to each his/her own on travel style preference, I say. We've gone around the world and stayed in everything from 5 star to no-star. Just depends on what's available and where you are. If you want to meet people and experience local life...you can still do that AND stay in a nice hotel!
Luxury Travel Vietnam offered a wide range of hotels...not just the 5 star.
You'll have a great trip - it's a beautiful country with wonderful people.
