Originally we were going to book through a UK agent but the cost was more than twice that quoted by 'Luxury Travel'.

We were a little concerned as we had not done this before and especially with the current global concern regarding fraud. We need not of been concerned as this company were very trustworthy, informative and helpful beyond belief.

Mr. Pham Manh Ha and his dedicated team answered all our queries rapidly and offer a 24hr helpful which is invaluable if things go wrong. Any minor problems were quickly resolved. A quick hello from Canada , to express our thanks for the wonderful time we had with your guide, Duc, who was so kind and generous of his time and patience when we visited HaLong Bay and Hanoi with him earlier in January. My cousin and I were so happy with our special attention, and tho' the day in Hanoi was long, we were so pleased to have had the experience In particular, that of being able to go inside the mausoleum of Ho Chi Minh, which many of our fellow cruise passengers were unable to do as they were part of a large group and were slower reaching Hanoi.
