Bong Sen 1 is a perfectly good 3* offering in HCM, with comfortable rooms (although like other reviewers, we also seemed to draw the short straw of the view of the central hotel cavity), helpful staff with good English, and a good breakfast. The real bonus of this hotel is its location, bang in the middle of the city with bars, restaurants and all sights easily accessible.
